30 Minutes of skill session will be Body checking clinic and the Games will be body checking. (no open ice hits)

Excessive Speed Hockey's  Combine camp is the ideal camp that provides players skill development as well as competitive  style scrimmages. Players will gain fundamental skills development and translate skills into game situations.
